Over the Top
October 12, 2010
We headed to the country this weekend to celebrate my friend Kay the Redneck's husband JC's 40th birthday. As I mentioned on Friday, for his 30th birthday there was a lot of mayhem including dancing on the ceiling table.
This year was just as much fun but for different reasons. I carried my camera around to get multiple candid and group shots.
I took pictures of the hayride through the back 40 and through the enchanted forest.
I took pictures of the birthday boy by his cake that had a great picture of him with his Radford buddies on it.
I took pictures of people hanging out by the kegs where I spent a lot of my time.
I took several self portraits with people I hadn't seen in years.
They were great shots.
It wasn't til I got home that I realized that I somehow deleted all of these pictures with the exception of some very late night arm-wrestling in the kitchen.
This was all I had on my camera and the time stamp was 2:45 a.m.

No one got a picture of me arm-wrestling a 21-year old boy named Jinks (seen above with the beard). Good thing since I won lost. Badly.
It was a great party and I have the mental pictures to prove it.

Bummer. I accidentally drunkenly deleted a photo a few weeks ago. I can't read so well with my beer goggles on.
At least the ones you saved have cute boys in them.
