Flashback Friday (Part 73) - Dancing on the Ceiling
October 8, 2010
We are celebrating my friend Kay the Redneck's husband's 40th birthday this weekend for the second time. The first was a few weeks ago at the beach but the "real" party is tomorrow at their house in the country.
It got me thinking about JC's 30th birthday party and some of the events that unfolded that night.
In events that I assume will be duplicated tomorrow, we spend the day at my parents' nearby lake house.
If the water is warm, we Tim may do some swimming.

The leaves will be slowly turning into autumnal colors.

At the party, we'll go on hayrides, drink beer and then start dancing on the table.
I was coordinated enough to not only balance on those boots, hold my drink and the shot glass around my neck.

This time I hope Kay the Redneck doesn't fall off and hurt her knee again. Last time led to multiple knee surgeries to repair the damage.

The party tomorrow will be a good one and I can't wait. I hope the table can handle it.
Now it's your turn.
Find an old picture like Erin at The Mother Load, Lisa at Mommy's Nest (new participants!) and Cathy Has Antsy Pants and share a story about it and then email me so I can add a link. Flashback Friday has no real rules other than to have fun.

I think I see the "White Man's Overbite" on your dance move.
A shot glass around the neck. That's a new one on me and I had to go to REHAB!
Please dance on a table again this weekend! Looks like a smashing good time.
My parents had a party last weekend and I did the red plastic cup in a koozie thing too. We're nothing if not high class.
My flashback is up.
HA! Priceless photos.
