Gators in the Water
February 22, 2011
Florida is known for a lot of things, oranges, alligators, dimpled chads and Tim Tebow, among other things.
We spent a quick three days with my parents this past weekend at their retirement community where we were previously dubbed "The Damn Kids."
This time, we had Troy who served as a shock and awe distraction factor.
My parents outside their house.
Not to be disappointed, we saw many alligators in their neighborhood.
Just down the path across the street was this guy.

We played a little baseball in the community and on the way back saw more alligators.

Plus, other wildlife.

In their backyard.

Then there were even more alligators in the community pool.

These guys are much less intimidating.

Geez-us!!! Don't let your dogs and cats out THERE!
What?!! Yikes. I'd be scared.
Looks like a bunch of fun!
I just found your blog through Follow Me Back Tuesday blog hop. Have a great week!

Florida is the one state that I told Hubby he is never allowed to work in and make us move to. The gators in the pool are pretty friendly looking though.

I thought those alligators moved so fast you couldn't turn your back on them?
Eesh! Better than the shark-infested waters we have here, I guess!
