Flashback Friday (Part 53) - Flying Saucers

April 16, 2010

Two Fridays ago, my stepson Cary, Troy and I went to the City's frisbee golf park. I had never seen it played before and didn't realize that like real golf, there are different disks for different distances.

It didn't matter much, Troy and I couldn't make the hole bucket anyway.

Troy and I enjoyed walking the 18 holes while Cary played.

We went back the next day with Tim so he could play for the first time.

Again with the self portraits but this time I had someone clinging to me.

Unlike when we were in Florida visiting my parents a few years ago, Tim and I were not called The Damn Kids on this course.

Now it's your turn.

NEVER apologize for a self-portrait on your blog. Your smile could launch a 1,000 ships!

Great pics!! I've played once, just last year. JT used to play in college quite a bit, so we have about 3 discs. Looks like great weather!!

Here's my flashback. It's a good one!

Don't remind me...I haven't been referred as a damn kid for decades! We have a Frisbee golf course here, but I have never played, maybe I'll give it a try this summer.
