Fall Festival aka Halloween Pre-Party
October 20, 2009
Troy's daycare had their annual Fall Festival this past Friday night which is really a halloween party two weeks early.
Unlike two years ago when I dressed him up as a male ladybug, this year he was a frog.
It took several attempts to get his picture because he kept hopping and saying ribbit.
We invited The Neighbors to join us and the girls dressed up as Cinderella and Tinkerbell.
They had games in each of the classrooms where the prizes were candy.
One that was new to me was eating a donut hanging from a string without using your frog legs hands.
Being the good parent that I am, I thoroughly inspected all the candy that came home which included many, many taste tests.

How adorable!!! Taste testing is one of those things that make motherhood a plus!
OMG they look so cute!
I taste test the candy first, too. As a responsible parent, I especially test the chocolate. It usually had something "wrong" with it. (unless it has coconut in it...then its fine for the kids) So I had to take it from their bags and "throw it away".
What? No one else does that???
Love your blog!~
