Beware of This Man

Beware of this man. He looks like a nice, upstanding citizen; but he's secretly plotting how to attack small children. 
Also, know as Operation: Dog Pile.
He has done this before in a Letter to Grandma which is a polite form of tickle torture.
He responds to Chris or Neighbor. We like him anyway.
A "new neighbor" is expected any day and I can't wait to meet him.
