The Difference between Boys and Girls
April 21, 2009
On Saturday, we grilled out and The Neighbors came over with their two little girls and my brother and sister-in-law joined us. There is a huge difference between how boys and girls play.
The Boys
Troy was immediately interested in splashing the water in the ghetto pool and getting all wet. His audience was his Dad, Chris, Mike and the neighbors' dogs, JD and Eli. Here is the scene.
Troy splashing the water and getting soaking wet. More of the splashing can be found here.

Tim splashing the dogs and Mike.
That's the grill smoke blowing into the shot. Ana was reading a book to Morgan and Alexis.
Morgan finally relented and headed to the ghetto pool with Troy.

Mike "riding" Eli like he's a horse.

Then the male dogs start play fighting. (oops, forgot picture.)
Tim telling Troy to stop splashing so much.
Chris just laughing at it all. That's the grill smoking in the background.

The Girls
Meanwhile, across the yard, the girls were "playing."

For the record, I joined the boys and played horseshoes after putting my camera down.

Boys being boy, so silly sometimes but a least they are always good for a laugh.
