Tim's company hosted a picnic at the local minor league stadium. It was Troy's first baseball game and he enjoyed the people watching. Of course a four hour nap after his water fight helped too.
When the blue mascot Riptide walked by he pointed and yelled "ELMO!" I was thinking he looked more like Grover but still thought it was funny.
