Boys + Four Wheeler + Mud = Fun

We spent New Year's Eve at The Neighbors' lake house in North Carolina again this year. After a big dinner, we played bingo for hours with the kids while the Virginia Tech game was streaming on Tim's laptop til it turned into a drinking game for adults complete with prizes.
After ringing in the new year, we moved on to more drinking entertaining games which in this case was Wii sports. Since I just got a Wii for Christmas a week earlier, I was the resident expert idiot.
I realized that I have very specific "Wii muscles" when it comes to bowling and tennis. These are not to be confused with my dart throwing or jet ski riding muscles.
The next day, my 17-year old stepson Cary took his 3-year old brother out on the four-wheeler in the mud woods.
If you can't afford it yourselves, always befriend people who can. That is The Neighbors' 5th wheel in the background which is where we slept, their big English mastiff walking by who pulled the cart on Halloween and of course their lake house. Not pictured: the jet skis, motorcycles and horse named Sue.
Troy absolutely loved it and said, "Mama, did you see me?"

Oh, it looks like such a fantastically fun time! I think my son would have MUCH rather done that than go to see the Nutcracker.... It looks fun. And messy. I LOVE the dog! Awwwwwwwww. so cute. I am popping over today via Jill's Scary Mommy blog. I always like to come here.

Looks like fun! I wish we had the room for a 4 Wheeler. The boys would love it.
